Description

Lead Superintendent - Data Center and Large Scale Commercial - $170k - Responsibilities

• Lead site operations for large-scale technical projects from groundbreaking through completion.

• Coordinate a field team of 7 and manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control.

• Report directly to the Executive VP and work closely with in-house project teams and stakeholders.

• Maintain site documentation and workflows using Procore, Microsoft Project, and standard office software.

Profile

Lead Superintendent - Data Center and Large Scale Commercial - $170k - Will have

• 8-10+ years as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction.

• Proven experience managing complex, MEP-heavy projects valued at $50M+.

• Massachusetts CSL license (required for permitting).

• Strong background in data centers, healthcare renovations, clean rooms, or high-tech infrastructure.

• Must be local or willing to commute to Boston or Lowell; no hybrid/remote option.

• Required: Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel

• Comfortable using technology in day-to-day project management

Job Offer

Lead Superintendent - Data Center and Large Scale Commercial - $170k - Will receive

• Base Salary: Up to $160K (flex to $170K for standout candidates)
