Superintendent - Multifamily - Conway, NH - $130k - Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff, ensuring that all project activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, local building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports on progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Work closely with project managers and leadership to ensure project scope and client expectations are met.

Profile

Superintendent - Multifamily - Conway, NH - $130k - Will have

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction, with a strong preference for woodframe multifamily projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+) or ground-up construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction management software and project tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
