Mechanical Superintendent - New Hampshire - $165k
We are partnered with a well‑established regional contractor seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to lead mechanical and heavy industrial projects across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. This is a field‑leadership role suited for seasoned professionals who thrive managing complex scopes, crews, and subcontractors.

Our client is a multi‑division construction and services firm with over a century of continuous operation and a strong presence throughout New England. They support a diverse portfolio of energy, water/wastewater, industrial, institutional, and commercial projects, and are known for prioritizing safety, people, profitability, and long‑term client relationships.
Description
- Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on mechanical and heavy industrial projects valued from $3.5M to $8M+
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and client representatives
- Enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance across all project activities
- Lead installation, maintenance, and repair efforts for pumps, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively resolve constructability issues
- Track progress, manpower, and materials while maintaining accurate field documentation

Profile
A successful Mechanical Superintendent should have:
- 7-10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Superintendent on complex construction projects

Job Offer
- Mid‑Level Compensation: Up to $150,000 base
- Senior‑Level Compensation: Up to $165,000 base
