Description
Responsibilities for Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles
- Manage end-to-end commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes for materials and services.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in construction processes and techniques.
