The CNC Programmer will develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining operations. This role requires expertise in CAD/CAM software, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and models to create CNC programs.
- Optimize toolpaths, speeds, and feeds for efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and mentor junior programmers.
Profile
The ideal CNC Programmer will have extensive experience in CNC programming, a deep understanding of machining processes, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of CNC programming experience in manufacturing.
- Expertise in G-code/M-code and advanced CAD/CAM tools.
- Knowledge of multi-axis and 5-axis machining operations.
