Project Manager II - Commercial - Nashville
We are seeking a Project Manager for a permanent position based in Nashville. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in project management within our clients operations department.

Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Profile
- Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
Job Offer
