With over 15 years in business, my client has grown steadily to position themselves as a unique provider of construction services, filling a niche need in the RTP community and beyond. To date, have completed over 1.5B of projects, spanning NC all the way to CA!

Description

• Manage & deliver conceptual estimates, cost estimates, constructability reviews, and cost reconciliations within the MEP trades
• Work closely with clients and internal team on estimates
• Lead MEP estimate process from beginning to completion
• Maintain working relationships with local subs & vendors
• Utilize construction software and 3D models
• Participate in QA/ QC process
• Be a team player! Be ready to assist as needed, at times acting as a mentor to more junior staff

Profile

• 3+ years in MEP estimating (either for a GC or a subcontractor)
• Ideal project history within life sciences or similar technical project type
• Software proficiency in take-off systems, Bluebeam, Excel
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil/Mechanical Engineering desired but not required
• Someone who enjoys a challenge, works well amongst a team, brings innovative ideas to work, and is passionate about their future in the construction industry!

• Base salary contingent on experience (95k - 125k)
