Project Manager I - Commercial - Nashville
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in construction to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results on time and within budget.

Description
- Lead project planning and implementation from initiation to closure.
- Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and quality controls.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Mitigate project risks and manage issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase project management efficiency.
Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management software tools.
- A detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
