Description

• Manage day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure all work adheres to project specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers to resolve issues and maintain progress on affordable housing developments.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage material deliveries and inventory to meet project timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project team members.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in alignment with company policies and industry standards.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - New York - Residential Construction should have:

• Must have active DOB License
• Proven experience in construction management, especially in affordable housing projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
