Construction Multifamily Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Superintendent with 5-8 years of multifamily construction experience. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely and timely. This is a critical field leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects

• Enforce job site safety, quality control, and schedule adherence

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers

• Maintain daily logs, site reports, and schedules

• Lead weekly site meetings and ensure clear communication across all trades

• Troubleshoot field issues and proactively resolve conflicts

• Ensure compliance with all building codes, permit requirements, and company standards

Profile

• 5-8 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction (ground-up and/or major renovations)

• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and safety regulations

• Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively

• Proficiency in field management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar

• OSHA 30 certification preferred

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
