Senior Superintendent- General Contractor-DC

The Senior Superintendent will be in charge of overseeing daily field operations in the DC Metro Areas. Projects are within the the 20M-60M dollar range and consist of multifamily, assisted living, academic, and hospitality ground up, design build, and heavy renovation projects. ALL Projects are located in DC! Upcoming project is a 40M Design Build K-12 project. This individual will also manage a team.

Client Details

The client is a full-service construction firm with expertise in high-profile, complex projects for both public and private sector customers. This client specializes in new construction, renovations, restorations, and modernization of large scale commercial and government buildings, including but not limited to, offices, universities/schools, courthouses, hotels, and multifamily residences. The client's headquarters are based in DC and does over 100M in revenue just in DC alone.

Description

• Developing on site plans and procedures for field operations
• Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subs, supplies and labor materials
• Creating and updating progress schedules
• Preparing regular job reports for job meetings
• Making sure the job is completed on time and under budget

Profile

• 6-10 Years experience as a Superintendent
• Experience Leading Jobs over $30M
• Experience with a General Contractor is a must
• Experience in Design Build is preferred
• Experience in local government and K-12 contracting is preferred
