- Manage construction projects from planning through execution and close‑out
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements
- Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes
Profile
- Experience working as a Project Manager within construction or building systems
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
