CNC Programmer - Industrial - Springfield, MA
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing CNC programs to meet high-quality manufacturing standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills to support production in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing CNC programs to meet production and quality standards.
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise machining.
- Collaborating with the Engineering team to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Performing setup and troubleshooting of CNC machines as needed.
- Monitoring machining processes and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Maintaining and updating CNC programming documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols in the production area.
- Providing technical support to production staff and resolve issues promptly.

Profile
A successful CNC Programmer should have:
- Proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of machining processes and materials.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for program creation and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
