Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations and project execution

• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control

• Ensure safety compliance and resolve on-site challenges

• Work closely with project managers and leadership to meet project goals

• Experienced in high-end retail or commercial interior construction

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
