Luxury Retail Construction Superintendent - SOHO, NY
Lead high-end retail interior construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Work closely with the leadership team and owner to execute projects successfully.

Description
Oversee daily on-site operations and project execution
Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control
Ensure safety compliance and resolve on-site challenges
Work closely with project managers and leadership to meet project goals
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
Profile
Experienced in high-end retail or commercial interior construction
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Job Offer
Competitive salary ($100K-$150K based on experience)
