Description

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project goals and resolve issues.

• Oversee project schedules, cost tracking, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.

• Lead job site meetings, track progress, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC, ideally in K-12, municipal, or commercial sectors

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

• Local market knowledge (South Florida)
