Project Manager -Commercial, Educational, Federal
Join a respected General Contractor delivering complex, high-impact projects across South Florida. We're hiring a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead commercial, educational, and federal construction work from start to finish.

Our client is a full-service General Contracting and Construction Management firm with deep roots in Palm Beach County. Specializing in commercial, educational, and federal markets, the firm is known for its integrity, technical expertise, and hands-on approach to building. Their portfolio includes ground-up schools, secure federal facilities, and commercial offices - all delivered with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to quality.
Description
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project goals and resolve issues.
Oversee project schedules, cost tracking, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Lead job site meetings, track progress, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
Profile
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC, ideally in K-12, municipal, or commercial sectors
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Local market knowledge (South Florida)
