Project Manager - Kansas City - Commercial

Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Running a wide variety of commercial projects from $30K-$40M+.
• Report to the Vice President of Operations on a daily basis.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project efficiency.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Track project performance and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A background in construction management or a related field within the business services industry.
• 2+ years of Lead Project Management Experience with a General Contractor.
• Would prefer ground up, commercial experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A solutions-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to challenges.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols.
