Superintendent - Multifamily - NWA
An established, privately owned construction specialist is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead on-site delivery of large-scale residential projects across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role offering autonomy, long-term project visibility, and strong organisational support

Description
As the Multifamily Superintendent, you will report directly to the Project Manager and take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily developments from ground-up through completion
- Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and short- and long-term look-ahead schedules
- Enforce safety standards while driving productivity and quality control across all trades
- Hold subcontractors accountable to schedule durations and contractual obligations
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal project teams
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Utilise scheduling software and reporting tools to track progress and mitigate risk

Profile
For the Multifamily Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Eight or more years' experience as a Multifamily Construction Superintendent
- or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with five or more years of superintendent experience
- Strong technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing for multifamily projects
- Proven experience building and managing detailed construction schedules
- A track record of successfully driving trade performance and meeting critical milestones
- High-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead on-site teams
- Experience across additional sectors such as hospitality, urban mixed-use, retail, office, or industrial projects is advantageous
- Proficiency with scheduling and site management software
