Healthcare Construction Superintendent

Provide a daily client update including project progress report and photographs; keep a daily log of what took place on-site for each project. Communicate with the client daily about the project and be prepared to answer their questions.

Description

• Manage every phase of construction projects, from initial planning to final execution.
• Strategically allocate resources to ensure efficient project completion.
• Lead and oversee onsite teams, including personnel and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
• Negotiate with contractors to secure cost-effective agreements.
• Uphold exceptional workmanship standards, aligning with original designs and specifications.

Profile

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a related role.
• Prior experience with ground-up commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in the healthcare industry is essential.
• Proficiency in construction management software is required.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams effectively.
• Skilled negotiator with a track record of securing favorable outcomes.
• Adept at meeting deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
