Project Manager - Healthcare Construction
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in healthcare construction to join a dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. This position offers the chance to manage challenging projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance and excellence in delivery.

Description
- Oversee healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders efficiently
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
- Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on schedule
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance goals
Profile
- Solid experience as a Project Manager in healthcare construction
- Strong understanding of ground-up and renovation projects
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and construction software
