Project Manager

Description

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project execution
• Manage multiple construction projects running concurrently
• Oversee subcontractors, on‑site teams, and internal project staff
• Serve as a primary liaison for clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and industry standards
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project controls
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience managing Government, Healthcare, Commercial, or General Construction projects
• Strong background overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting
• Demonstrated leadership ability across diverse project teams
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Proficiency with project management software and relevant digital tools
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in General Construction Project Management or a related field
• Familiarity with ICRA protocols and Quality Control practices
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, MS Project, Adobe, and Outlook
