Project Manager - Cleveland based Construction
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will work on diverse projects, including multifamily, commercial, and institutional builds.

Description
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client communication.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multifamily construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus (not required).
