As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead preconstruction services, develop client relationships, and ensure smooth transitions from preconstruction to construction phases. You'll be instrumental in business development and project planning.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage preconstruction services, ensuring seamless project transitions into the construction phase.
- Support operations during construction, upholding preconstruction commitments.
- Participate in client presentations and prepare responses to solicitations.
