Superintendent - Mission Critical, Data Center Construction
This is a standout opportunity for a Lead Superintendent to take on large-scale Mission Critical / Data Center construction projects with a nationally recognized general contractor.

Description
As a Lead Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for driving project execution and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations on mid and large-scale mission critical job sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedule and quality
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and field teams
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety audits, and as-built records
- Monitor quality control and proactively resolve field issues
- Lead site meetings and ensure alignment across all trades
- Mentor junior field staff and promote a positive job site culture
Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction should have:
- Strong experience as a Lead / Senior Superintendent (ideally in mission critical / data center construction)
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
