Associate, Credit Review
The Associate, Credit Review will play a key role in assessing and managing credit risk within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Risk Review
- Conduct reviews of wholesale and wealth credit portfolios, assessing underwriting quality, risk ratings, portfolio management practices, emerging risks, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to the execution of the annual, risk‑based review plan in partnership with team leadership and key stakeholders.
- Analyze borrower‑level and sector‑level credit risk, identify remediation needs, and communicate findings clearly.
- Perform ongoing risk assessments on assigned industries or exposure segments.
- Recommend enhancements to risk frameworks, governance structures, and internal credit processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement
- Partner across the three lines of defense to validate identified risks and ensure appropriate documentation and resolution.
- Use data and analytics to improve review quality, monitoring capabilities, and operational efficiency.
- Provide clear, well‑structured insights to stakeholders, including senior management and oversight groups.
Profile
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in wholesale credit-underwriting, credit adjudication, risk review, audit, consulting, or regulatory supervision.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, credit products, and U.S. regulatory guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and lead components of review work.
Preferred
- Asvanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience within a regulatory agency or supervision environment.
- CFA, MBA, or CPA certification preferred but not required.

- Salary range for this role is $85,000-$145,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
