• Construction & Development firm with multiple divisions; Commercial, Multifamily, an Residential, and more
• In business for over 50 years

Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• All Residential homes up to $2M
• Self pricing the projects
• Creating and maintaining existing relationships with subcontractors in the area
• Estimating occasionally
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, form planning and budgeting to execution and closeout
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Utilize construction software

Profile

The successful applicant will have:

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Residential experience, up to $2M
• Experience with construction software and MS Office
• A go-getter mentality, self starter, hard worker
