Residential Project Manager - Portland, ME
My client is actively hiring for a Project Manager to lead Residential projects throughout Maine. This is a very active role, so please reach out if you are interested!

- Projects located throughout Maine, primarily Southern ME
- 60+ employees
- Construction & Development firm with multiple divisions; Commercial, Multifamily, an Residential, and more
- In business for over 50 years
Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- All Residential homes up to $2M
- Self pricing the projects
- Creating and maintaining existing relationships with subcontractors in the area
- Estimating occasionally
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, form planning and budgeting to execution and closeout
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Utilize construction software
Profile
The successful applicant will have:
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Residential experience, up to $2M
- Experience with construction software and MS Office
- A go-getter mentality, self starter, hard worker
Job Offer
