Description
- Oversight of P&L statements
- Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Interfacing with quality, engineering, manufacturing, materials, and sales departments to ensure product accuracy
- Manage and track KPIs (safety, quality, efficiency, OTD)
Profile
- Experience overseeing 100+ employees
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- metals manufacturing experience
- high-volume manufacturing experience
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $215,000 base on experience
- 401(k) matching
- BCBS medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 15% annual bonus potential
- 3+ weeks of PTO
