Maintenance Manager F&B
The Maintenance Manager will oversee plant reliability and lead a multi-craft team within a food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency through the implementation of maintenance strategies like TPM and reliability programs.

Description
- Lead and manage the plant's maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) roadmap to drive reliability and performance.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, including PM, PdM, and CMMS systems.
- Optimize OEE, MTBF, and MTTR metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to minimize downtime.
- Manage and maintain high-speed packaging equipment, fillers, cappers, conveyors, batching, and processing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including ammonia refrigeration, PSM, and boiler operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant performance goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile
A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing and maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of reliability programs, TPM, PM, and PdM processes.
- Proficiency in using CMMS to manage maintenance activities and data.
- Understanding of equipment such as high-speed packaging, fillers, cappers, and conveyors.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration, PSM, and boiler operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multi-craft teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including experience with RCFA and FMEA.
