Description

The key responsibilites of the Quality Assurance Specialist are

• Maintain and update material setups in SAP
• Handle document control and drive documentation improvements
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001
• Manage customer complaints and internal nonconformance investigations
• Oversee material releases, recertifications, and lab sample submissions
• Troubleshoot SAP shipment issues and CoA failures
• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback analysis
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

The Successful Quality Assurance Specialist will have:

• Bachelor's degree (or associates) in science or a related field (chemistry preferred but not required)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001 (auditor certification a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem solver
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
