Description

• Supervising and scheduling production staff.
• Monitoring workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Conducting safety meetings and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Overseeing equipment maintenance and coordinating repairs.
• Reporting production metrics and supporting process improvements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Katana) and solid computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment oversight.
• Experience in plastics or extrusion manufacturing (preferred but not required).
