Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer

Seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our Construction Department in the affordable housing industry to guide extremely large projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a keen interest in property and construction as well as experience in ground up and tenant in place affordable housing.

Description

• Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
• Manage the budget and estimate costs
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
• Prepare reports regarding job status
• Resolve any problems that may arise
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Collaborate and communicate with other stakeholders

Profile

A successful Project Engineer should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in the Property industry, specifically in Construction
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and team management skills
