Superintendent - Design/Build Firm
This small well know GC that has a really strong work culture and is looking for a Superintendent who wants to wear many hats. Working alongside a Project Manager & Project Engineer, this Superintendent will have the opportunity to be a leader.

Description
- Own the on-site duties of the project; Safety, Schedule, Coordination, Quality, and Closeout
- As the onsite Qualified Safety-Lead, implement the company Safety Program
- Implement the TQM Process Develop and maintain the project master schedule consistent with the customer contract.
- Schedule subcontractors/suppliers.
- Schedule equipment, tools, and material deliveries for the project.
- Maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and distribute on a weekly basis.
- Maintain daily reports through electronic system including detailed write-ups of each subcontractors' actions onsite, manpower, equipment, weather, deliveries, progress and any other pertinent information by 8am the following day.
- Includes photo documentation daily. Coordinate the project through verbal and follow-up written communications.
- Clear verbal communications with all individuals
- Clear written communications through emails or daily reports
- Facilitate a weekly coordination meeting with all subcontractors onsite including those scheduled to be onsite within two weeks.
- Keep meeting minutes of and distribute weekly. Effectively review, inspect, and maintain a quality project through daily inspections of trades work installations.
- Maintain an understanding of the financial standing of the project and inform the Project Manager of any cost related issues in a timely manner.
Profile
- 3-5 years of super experience
- Commercial Municipal projects
- Design build experience is very important
- Good communication
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic first aid training
- 10-hour OSHA Training
- Driver license
