Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle
• Managing construction schedules to ensure timely completion
• Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations
• Managing subcontractors and onsite teams effectively
• Handling budgeting and cost estimation for projects
• Monitoring quality of work and materials
• Resolving any project issues promptly and efficiently

Profile

The right Superintendent has the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in ground up construction projects
• MUST HAVE MA CSL
• Proficient in Procore or another relevant construction software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A keen eye for details and quality
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Good knowledge of construction health and safety regulations
• A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure

Job Offer
