Description The Project Manager or Senior Project Manager will oversee federal construction projects ranging from $2M to $25M, including new builds, interior renovations, and tenant improvements. Depending on experience, this role may involve managing a portfolio of projects or leading individual assignments. The position is based in the Hyattsville office with regular site visits across the DMV region

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage federal construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with site teams including superintendents, quality control managers, and safety personnel.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Utilize project management software (P6, Microsoft tools, Sage, and internal platforms) to track progress and reporting.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Profile

  • For Project Manager: 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • For Senior Project Manager: 8-10 years of project management experience.
  • Federal construction experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software (P6, Microsoft, Sage, Monday.com)

Job Offer

  • Base Salary:
    Project Manager: $120K-$160K
    Senior Project Manager: $160K-$180K
  • Discretionary bonus potential.
