Description

The Commercial Concrete Estimator will:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for commercial concrete construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to identify material, labor, and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and suppliers to gather necessary project information.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals and follow up with clients as needed.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure estimates remain competitive.
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Provide support for project planning and budgeting during pre-construction phases.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs for future reference.
