Assistant Superintendent-Miami
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Multifamily Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of high-quality residential projects in Miami. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team and contribute to the success of large-scale multifamily developments.

Description
- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Review and manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Support the Superintendent in resolving on-site issues and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and the project management team.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the multifamily or residential construction sector. They should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety are essential. Experience with construction management software and a solid understanding of building codes and regulations in Florida are also highly desirable.
