Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Construction
The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for providing on-site leadership for large Ground Up projects including creating a safety of culture on site. You will report to the Sr. Superintendent on the project and work closely with their Project Manager to manage the project schedule, cost and subcontractors to deliver projects on-time and under budget.

Our client is a Top EnR Firm that has a strong background building and renovating variety of structures in Florida including this high-profile project. 2 year project in Fort Myers with potential additional work or opportunity to travel.
Description
- Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
- Develop and update project schedule
- Ensure site issues are addressed and proactive to avoid any delays
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Conduct quality inspections
- Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
- Prepare 3 week look ahead schedule
- Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
- Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
Profile
