Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager - Federal Construction, you will report into senior project leadership and take ownership of delivering complex, multi‑million‑dollar federal facility upgrades.
- Lead full project lifecycle management including buyout, contracts, budgeting, and schedule oversight
- Own and manage the master schedule using Primavera P6
- Oversee both Project Management and Quality Control responsibilities ('dual‑hatting')
- Collaborate closely with estimating post‑bid to refine scope and delivery approach
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem solving
- Support site operations as needed to maintain a cohesive, hands‑on project environment
- Ensure all work complies with federal requirements and secure‑site access standards
Profile
The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager - Federal Construction we are seeking:
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience within construction; federal project experience strongly preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred; strong trade-based experience also considered
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling
- Comfortable managing both PM and Quality Control responsibilities
- Team‑focused, collaborative, and self‑directed - thrives without micromanagement
- Able to meet secure-site requirements (such as Real ID eligibility)
- Willing to complete a short training period at a nearby regional office before assignment to the primary project site
Job Offer

- Base Salary: $92,000 - $134,000 + discretionary bonus
- Vehicle: MOTUS allowance ($500 fixed + variable mileage)
