Director of Construction
As a Project Director, you will take full ownership of large-scale construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality. Description
Oversee multiple large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Drive project execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Cultivate strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company best practices.
Contribute to business development efforts and strategic planning initiatives.
Profile
Experience in general contracting, with at least multiple years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk effectively.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams.
