Description

• Oversee multiple large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Drive project execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Cultivate strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company best practices.

• Contribute to business development efforts and strategic planning initiatives.

Profile

• Experience in general contracting, with at least multiple years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects.

• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk effectively.

• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
