Construction Superintendent-Life Sciences

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in life sciences and/or industrial construction. The ideal candidate will lead on-site operations for complex, large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, safety compliance, and exceptional quality.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activity from start through close-out

• Manage subcontractors and enforce site safety protocols (OSHA standards)

• Maintain and adjust production schedules, quality control plans, and scopes of work

• Serve as a primary liaison among project managers, clients, engineers, and other stakeholders

• Proactively resolve design, schedule, and compliance issues in real time

• Ensure all work meets regulatory and facility-specific standards (e.g. clean rooms, equipment installs)

Profile

• 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction (GC experience required)

• Direct experience in life sciences or industrial construction

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• OSHA certification (preferred)

• Ground-up project experience and ability to manage large teams
