Engineering Manager - Industrial Manufacturing - Derry, NH
The Engineering Manager will lead process optimization and manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, equipment uptime, and overall production performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to implement Lean-driven improvements and drive scalable, high-quality operations.

The Engineering Manager will report directly into the Plant Manager and be responsible for:
- Provide leadership and technical direction to engineering and manufacturing teams across production initiatives and improvement projects.
- Evaluate and enhance existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements aligned with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and experimentation to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate process implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production and process-related challenges.
- Ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and uptime by overseeing maintenance systems and standards.
- Act as a technical liaison with vendors and third-party partners on equipment and system improvements.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
- Process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with process modeling tools and manufacturing systems.
- Working knowledge of controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC operations.
- Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles.
