Our client is a small, established Jacksonville General Contractor specializing in mid-sized ground-up commercial and light industrial projects. Known for hands-on leadership and strong local relationships, they continue to win work across healthcare, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use sectors throughout Northeast Florida.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily coordination

• Work closely with the Project Manager to drive schedule and cost alignment

• Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance standards

• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for documentation and tracking

• Build strong rapport between field teams and office leadership

Profile

• • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent

  • Extensive ground-up commercial project experience

  • Experience delivering projects from start to finish

  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project

  • OSHA certification required

  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills

  Ideal candidates will come from reputable regional or national GCs and be comfortable running mid-sized commercial builds independently.

Job Offer

• Base salary $100K-$130k, depending on experience
