Salesforce Tester (HYBRID)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to join our Technology department in the Business Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet company standards and client requirements.

Description

• Perform functional, regression, and system testing for Salesforce applications.
• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues in Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects and improve application quality.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in testing processes.
• Document test results and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and testing methodologies.

Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3-5 years of QA experience focused on Salesforce platforms
• Hands-on testing experience with Sales Cloud and Communities
• Comfortable with manual testing workflows and tools
• Familiarity with end-to-end lifecycle testing
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay focused during interviews and team discussions
• ISTQB Test Analyst certification (highly preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement
• Experience with basic performance/stress testing
• Trailhead badges or Salesforce certifications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
