Description

• Manage all onsite activities for the $30M multifamily construction project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee safety compliance and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
• Communicate project updates to key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all project phases.
