Campus Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordinator
- This role provides recruitment support by coordinating interviews, producing contracts across multiple regions, and managing internal transfers and onboarding processes.
- The position also involves maintaining data in Workday, driving HR solutions, collaborating across teams, and contributing to HR projects, all while ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and reinforcing the company's culture.

Description
- Provide recruitment support, including scheduling a high volume of interviews and coordinating candidate availability.
- Process internal transfers and manage the onboarding and pre-hire check processes.
- Act as the point of contact for committed hires, managing the post-offer and pre-hire process to ensure all necessary actions are completed.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other trackers.
- Drive HR solutions, assess processes, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, and Finance) to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations
Profile
- They should have strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and influence decisions effectively. Experience with Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is preferred.
- The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, proactive, and capable of driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
- They should also demonstrate a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and be adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for new hires.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities and a passion for reinforcing company culture and values are key traits for success in this role.
