Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Lower New England region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and propose strategies for continuous improvement.

Profile

A successful Outside Sales professional should have:

  • Proven success in sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Ideally packaging sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the Lower New England region.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Located in CT, Southern MA or RI region.
