Bilingual Recruiter - NYC - $70k-$90k
My client is seeking an experienced, Bilingual Recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume hiring to join a dynamic team supporting a leading specialty food retailer. This role involves recruiting for a wide range of positions, from entry-level roles such as cashiers and store associates to executive-level leadership, across both retail locations, corporate offices, and distribution center. This role is full time on-site in Manhattan.

They operate multiple locations and a large distribution center in the Bronx, serving both retail and wholesale customers. They are looking for a bilingual Recruiter with strong high-volume recruitment experience to join a fast-paced team. The company operates multiple locations, so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment is essential. Ideal candidates will bring experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, supermarket, or food manufacturing recruitment, with strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage full-cycle hiring for diverse roles.
A proactive approach to talent acquisition is essential - you'll actively source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple virtual channels and hiring events.
The Recruiter will sit on a supportive HR team and will report to the corporate HQ in NYC five days a week. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract top talent using various recruitment tools and strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and build strong relationships with potential hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during hiring processes.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies.

Job Offer
