Description
As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned construction projects.- Develop and execute comprehensive project business plans from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Act as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with field supervision to implement job‑specific safety and quality plans
- Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and cost reporting
- Administer subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with insurance, safety, and contractual requirements
- Oversee permitting, inspections, and coordination with city and state agencies
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting using construction management software

Profile
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
- Experience working closely with superintendents and field teams
- Familiarity with modern construction management software (Procore or similar preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment
