Description

• Oversee planning, estimating, and coordination for multiple pursuits
• Lead client presentations and negotiations with an integrated project mindset
• Manage daily contract development and scope definition
• Guide preconstruction staff while remaining a working manager/doer
• Partner with operations and design teams to align project strategy

Profile

A successful Director of Preconstruction should have:

• 10+ years in preconstruction or project development
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Experience in design‑build delivery
• Ability to lead while staying involved in execution
