Overview

  • Location: Janesville, WI
  • Projects: Hospital, Public works, heavy industrial, private commercial
  • Headcount: 20 people
  • Self perform: Carpentry, all other work is CM
  • Backlog: $50M in current work, $150M in active bid stage

Description

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee quality control and compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly

Profile

  • Minimum of three years as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer in commercial construction
  • Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture strongly preferred
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in preconstruction and estimating preferred
  • Procore knowledge preferred
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices, regulations, and compliance, prioritizing the well-being of the project team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines




Job Offer

  • Base salary up to $125,000 (Based upon experience level)
