Estimator
We are seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of construction costs and materials.

Description
Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to develop cost estimates.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to refine project costs.
Ensure estimates align with budgetary constraints and client expectations.
Identify potential cost savings and risk factors in project proposals.
Maintain a database of historical cost data to improve estimating accuracy.
Profile
- 6+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost structures.
- Proficiency in estimating software, such as Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
